ABOUT THE AUTHOR

How this book came into being. I was at the end of the road in my life and career when the bottom fell off. I had lost everything I had ever worked for, Great career as a stocker broker, sold my business. Got into real estate got extremely successful until the real estate completely collapsed on me as it did on almost every American.

The book idea came as a desperation to save my primary home, my investment properties, pay people I owe and at least help pay my family to move in with my mother-in-law until I can get back on my feet.
