Many communities may or may not have the financial resources to hire dedicated team of experts to assist them to access the stimulus funds, as a result, they stand to loss from collecting any dime from the stimulus funds.

The purpose of the book is help create awareness to each and every community out there while at the same time help them raise seed funds that could assist them to hire professionals to help them prepare a winning grants and project proposals.
